Shift Manager manages the staff and resources who monitor and manage the delivery of Real-time Thomson Reuters systems and services to meet or exceed agreed service levels on a 24x7 basis

General Administration

Project management

Project management in terms of office planning, new office development, Leasing, movement, Setup etc.

Getting corporate deals from vendors for telephone and communication requirement in Pan India

Travel/Hotel/Accommodation Management

-Management of Travel Desk – Initiating Policies, SOP’s, hotel and airline and agent rate negotiation

-Centralised management of Travel desk

-Arrangements for Visitors Pick Up/ Drop Stay /Food Arrangement In various Hotels. Management of Car hire Companies
